Certified Mediator
Brynn is currently working towards a Master’s in Leadership and Management from Briercrest Seminary and a Certificate of Mediation from Conrad Grebel College. She has a background in direct service work, youth treatment homes and various Child and Family Services support roles. Brynn is a volunteer mediator with Mediation Services Winnipeg’s victim offender mediation program.
Brynn works from a Strengths Based Relational Approach. Coming from a background in youth leadership development, Brynn’s approach centres around personal goal setting and character growth.
While Brynn specializes in individual therapy with adolescents, she does so with a focus on the whole support system, encouraging communication and healthy conflict resolution. Passionate about the outdoors, Brynn incorporates land-based activities like bushcraft, hiking, and foraging into her practice.
Brynn also focuses on Conflict Therapy.
When she’s not at work, you can find Brynn at Camp Nowhere planning her tiny house build, or playing the fun aunty to her many friends and family’s kids.
